On the food side, it’s known for its oysters and its namesake burger, made with prime meat (a veggie patty is available), egg, pineapple, caramelized onions, and beets. Inspiration came from the old Soho of the 1920s, and the bar’s aesthetic will embrace the area’s nightlife through the eras, championing the inclusive attitudes which made it famous. It’s cozy, busy, and spacious all in one neat package that’s perfect for a late-night drink (or several).

The team behind Records Bar are responsible for the new venue, which will be open six days a week, hosting cocktails and light bites alongside live music. The new late-night bar, housing two stages, is inspired by the old, infamous louche Soho culture with its entertainment and style. Louche Soho, a new 260-capacity three-storey venue, will bring live music, cabaret and a diverse nightlife to Soho following its opening on 8 October.
